i found the staff very professional and friendly! the hotel's location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the 24-hour check-in was especially helpful due to my late arrival, and i easily secured pizza at night. breakfast offered great variety and fresh options.
My room felt slightly small. it was clean and adequate for a short stay.

the breakfast was decent, it included cooked food and also fruit. its location is great, very close to the subway station. the staff was very helpful and kind.
the hotel photos seemed misleading, i thought the hotel would be far bigger. the area felt unpleasant, with derelict buildings around. the window did not open, so i had no fresh air.

The staff showed real dedication and provided really good support. The gym of a good size was excellent considering the hotel size. I found a very nice west-facing outdoor seating area. I enjoyed drinks there. Early check-in was accommodated upon arrival, thanks to the helpful reception staff.
The noise from the street was quite noticeable. I could hear traffic and sirens throughout the night. The room also shuddered as buses and lorries went past. That bothered me quite a bit.

Breakfast had a very good quality, I noticed vegan sausages available on request for dietary needs. The breakfast area needs bigger coffee making facilities, one person at a time could use this.
